Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Afternoon Atelier. We aim to pack and dispatch orders carefully and as quickly as possible.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping within Australia
We currently ship Australia wide via Australia Post
Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Standard shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express shipping: 2–3 business days
These timeframes are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.
International shipping
We ship internationally to New Zealand. International shipping costs and available services are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges aren’t included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be emailed to you after your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery issues
Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
If your order appears to be delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact us with your order number. We’ll work with the shipping provider to investigate.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items received.
